I just read this article on Kompas and I think it’s very interesting. I finally knew the relation between chocolate and love feelings.
Chocolate is very popular all over the world and it was liked by young peoples to old. For some people, especially young man, chocolate is a symbol of affection.
Some research shows that chocolate consumption triggers hormone release calls serotonin in the brain. This hormone is able to gives us happy feeling and good mood. That is a feeling in this Valentine’s Day -14 February-, chocolate is a gift that was most given to loved ones (boyfriend, husband-wife, or children and parents).
Chocolate is not just tasty but also has a remarkable function. In Latin, the tree called Theobroma cacao chocolate, which means that the food from God. It calls like that because of its tasty; chocolate was trusted to extend the age. Chocolate also was claimed could prevent heart diseases and various cancers.
Cocoa crops have been known as one of the ingredients for a nutritious health. It was used by Olmec, Maya, and Aztec, the Indian tribes. It is use as herb, as single or in a mixture with other ingredients.
Beside that we have to know that the consumption of chocolate very much is also can be harmful. This is because chocolate contain fat. However, the popularity of chocolate is never dull?

This substances contains pharmacology component, n-asetiletanolamin, related to cannabis or marijuana. It is capable to trigger the secretion of anandamid, an endogen opiate that can stimuli eforia.
