Ladies, do you like to drink coffee? If so, you should be happy. The latest research by Japan National Cancer Center found that women who drinks coffee three glasses a day regularly is showing the possibility to get carcinoma uteri or uterine cancer 60% smaller compared with the women who drink coffee only 2 cups a week.
They explained that coffee decrease insulin level that automatically decreases also the risk factor and the development of uterine cancer. Beside that…then, a question come to my mind, what if we consume too much coffee (three glasses a day is a big amount, right?). Is it still healthy? Because, as we already knew coffee also can induce another health problems like cardiovascular disease. Hmmm a little bit complicated I think…. However, I still like Jco and Sturbucks anyway.
